Tatiana Miller is devoted to empowering others to reach their highest potential by sharing tools to live a joyous and well-balanced life. Tatiana and her husband Tripp Miller are the co-founders of Mind-Body Play. They were named “Two of the top ten yogis changing the world” by Origin magazine and are featured Yoga Experts on videos online.

Together their focus is to teach others to cultivate and strengthen the connection between mind, body, and spirit with techniques such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, holistic medicine, self-exploration, and spiritual practices. With two growing boys ages 5 and 12 they share a vision of helping people of all ages reach their highest potential. Her motto is to:

Tatiana has studied with renowned teachers such as Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Marc Halpren. She has taught as an honorarium professor at TCU and TCC as well as internationally in Africa, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Her clients range from Olympic athletes, to preschool kids and corporate executives. Most recently she established the Mind-Body program for Cook Health Network which now offers more than 10 stress management classes a week to over 7,500 employees.

~Tatiana Miller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Marketing, is a 1000 RYT yoga teacher, Stress Management Consultant, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist. She is currently working to finish
her Doctorate in Holistic Medicine.

Jeff Migdow, MD: Chakras, Reiki, Prana Yoga, Sound and Yoga. Dr. Migdow has been exploring yoga, health, and consciousness since 1969 in places as varied as India, Nepal, Japan, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. As a member of the Kripalu ashram, he directed Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training programs. He currently develops and directs Prana Yoga teacher trainings in New York City. A holistic physician since 1980, his practice in Lenox, Massachusetts, includes homeopathy, lifestyle counseling, and Reiki healing.


Eric Shaw, MA.SE, MA.RS, MA.AS, RYT-500 and YACEP Eric has studied yoga and meditation for 30 years and taught both since 2001. He maintains a lively international teaching schedule and is the creator of both Prasana Yoga—a form that reveals alignment in movement—and Yoga Education through Imagery—lecture programming that teaches yoga’s traditions through archival imagery and new scholarship. He holds two degrees in Art, and Masters Degrees in Education, Religious Studies and Asian Studies. His writing appears in Yoga Journal, Common Ground, Mantra Yoga + Health, and other publications.

Originally from Ibiza, Spain, and currently living in Dallas, Texas, Douchka is a E-RYT 200 yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with over 12 years of experience in yoga science. Curious and passionate about life, she’s an eternal student always seeking for tools among therapies, systems, philosophies and techniques, to infuse in her life and teachings, that can enhance life experience, help connect deeper to the Self, and spread healing through individuals and communities. Committed to sharing her experiential tools with others, she co-founded Yana Shala, a community-based platform providing education and resources for self-development and personal growth, launching last March 2015, ‘Manifest your Inner Teacher’, a 9-month yoga teacher training and self-development program, registered as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.

A yoga teacher friend of mine said to me many times over… “See that guy?  He’s gettin’ ready…to get ready…to do some yoga!”  Given my own first yoga experience – I totally understood.  Although I can’t really remember what led me to my first class, I do know that I was so cold and so tight and so miserable that I sprinted back to the turbo-trainer as fast as I could.  Five years later, with a much kinder, gentler and loving mindset, I made my way back to the mat.  After “gettin’ ready to get ready” for so long I was finally…truly… ready to “do some yoga”.

And every time I guide a yoga class, I attempt to bring along that kinder, gentler and loving mindset.  As a teacher, I am motivated by the knowing that each time we step on to our mat or take a seat on our meditation cushion or lie down for a delicious yoga nidra – we come away feeling better than before we began.  That awareness infuses my simple but powerful vision mantra: “Arrive feeling lousy – leave feeling more present, powerful and joyful!  Arrive feeling amazing – leave in a state of bliss!”

Practicing since 2000 and teaching since 2003, my current teaching style is a complimentary mix of yin and yang – reinforcing a balance of strength and softness, power and surrender, challenge and acceptance – always acknowledging that the physical practice is but one small part of the wisdom that is yoga.  The mat is a beautiful microcosmic school of life and everybody’s experience is going to be different. It’s a blessing to be part of the journey.
