Lisa will provide a brief affirmation and goal setting workshop, helpful coaching, and worksheets. BRING SCISSORS and some magazines that interest you, if you some to share. We will use the images as inspiration to create our vision boards and to start the flow of ideas.
Goal Setting handouts, poster board and glue sticks are included in your registration.
Bring SCISSORS, a snack to share, water bottle and an open mind.

Beginners Yoga Series 5 Lessons starts 1/28:

This is a progressive series focusing each week on a set of asanas. Learn or deepen the knowledge and basic poses and breath for Hatha yoga. Experience the freedom in Vinyasa Flow yoga; this style of yoga links movement with each inhale and exhale. Moving with your own personal energy, or prana, you will learn to balance, get strong, lean and relaxed. This is a progressive series, and each class builds upon each other. Work personally with Lisa Ware to develop or enhance your own personal yoga practice.
Learn all the basics and begin to feel comfortable on your mat and in your practice with personalized instruction and hands on adjustments. Each week move through basic poses (asanas), learning basic Vinyasa Flow, holds and twists, stopping to break down poses and focus on alignment and modificatons. Each week builds upon the next as you become familiar with Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, the Chakras and Pranayama breath work. The last week is a full master class, a conglomeration of all you prepared for and have learned.
Train your body and mind to RELAX, get strong and healthy! Bring a notebook and a pen, water (not iced), a towel and an open mind!
Please plan on attending all 5 sessions. One makeup session is allowed, in case you need to make up you can take the same week in the next series or any Yoga 101 class on the group schedule.
If you decide to join before your series expires, you will receive a discounted rate for Elite Unlimited Membership, plus no joiner fee with a 12 month membership!

Enjoy a wonderful vinyasa yoga by the Waterfall followed by a guided meditation in nature. After the class bring a dish to share for our yogi community champagne brunch on the patio.
