Alignment, enhancements and assists offered to customize your yoga experience.
No need to have tried yoga before, all poses are personalized for your own body.
This is a fun Hatha style yoga class, which utilizes props, blocks, yoga straps, chairs and blankets to get much deeper into our poses. We learn to focus on full breath awareness and deep restorative stretching, and receive a full body yoga practice.
May include Breath work, Reiki and Guided Meditation.

Join Lisa for her Intuitive master class starting with learning and practicing the foundation of all flying; breath work (pranayama). This session will challenge the avid yogi and creates space for expansion for yogis of all levels.
We will flow with Prana, getting the energy up with music and intention setting, then fly, float and soar! Time will be spent teaching the Kramas (stages) to enter arm balances properly and safely finding our edge. After the energy and our fire is high we will fly!
Enjoy the finish by taking it down with long holds, twists, and some yummy inversions. Finish this delicious flow with a restful Reiki session with channeled Angelic guided meditation by Lisa during Savasana.

Beginners Yoga Series 5 Week series, includes all 5 weeks of progressive semi-private yoga lessons. NOT INCLUDED IN CLASS PACKS, as this is a workshop that is instructed by Lisa Ware, assisted by Mia Conlon with hands on assisting.

Yoga4love-march-1This is a progressive series focusing each week on a set of asanas. Learn or deepen the knowledge and basic poses and breath for Hatha yoga. Experience the freedom in Vinyasa Flow yoga; this style of yoga links movement with each inhale and exhale. Moving with your own personal energy, or prana, you will learn to balance, get strong, lean and relaxed. This is a progressive series, and each class builds upon each other. Work personally with Lisa Ware to develop or enhance your own personal yoga practice.

Learn all the basics and begin to feel comfortable on your mat and in your practice with personalized instruction and hands on adjustments. Each week move through basic poses (asanas), learning basic Vinyasa Flow, holds and twists, stopping to break down poses and focus on alignment and modificatons. Each week builds upon the next as you become familiar with Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, the Chakras and Pranayama breath work. The last week is a full master class, a conglomeration of all you prepared for and have learned.

yoga4love-march-3Train your body and mind to RELAX, get strong and healthy! Bring a notebook and a pen, water (not iced), a towel and an open mind!

Please plan on attending all 5 sessions. One makeup session is allowed, in case you need to make up you can take the same week in the next series or any Yoga 101 class on the group schedule.

If you decide to join before your series expires, you will receive a discounted rate for Elite Unlimited Membership, plus no joiner fee with a 12 month membership!

Join Lisa for her Intuitive master class starting with learning and practicing the foundation of all flying; breath work (pranayama). This session will challenge the avid yogi and creates space for expansion for yogis of all levels.
We will flow with Prana, getting the energy up with music and intention setting, then fly, float and soar! Time will be spent teaching the Kramas (stages) to enter arm balances properly and safely finding our edge. After the energy and our fire is high we will fly!
Enjoy the finish by taking it down with long holds, twists, and some yummy inversions. Finish this delicious flow with a restful Reiki session with channeled Angelic guided meditation by Lisa during Savasana.

Lisa’s purpose is sharing Light, Love + Peace the world and contributing to raising the vibration of the planet daily. She presents regularly on wellness, yoga + nutrition and is a seasoned yoga national conference presenter. Lisa she founded Yoga 4 Love.com in 2008 in honor of her mom’s positive outlook during her journey through breast cancer. She is passionate about inspiring healthy living around the world.
She enjoys hosting events, traveling and holding Goddess and yoga retreats at her Yoga 4 Love Studio Cabin on the waterfall. She shares an intuitive, clairvoyant connection to Source in her teachings, as well as online audio + video classes.
