Love, light, and flight. Flying is a dance that blends a strong grounding energy and a fluid receptive energy. It is a practice of giving and receiving that will take yogi’s into a new place of union and bliss. Explore the powerful healing potential of antigravitational spinal release through passive therapeutic flying, and learn take-home skills through the practice of Thai Massage.
Sunday 11:30am – 5pm
Invert, evolve, empower. The mystery of inversions is
no match for the wisdom of acrobatic training techniques! Core cultivation and FUN ways to build strength create the pathway towards inverting with ease. Experience the dynamic elements of the practice through Acrobatic Flying and experience the radical joy of feeling supported whilst being upside down!
