4 C Coconut Milk
2T Coconut Oil
1 C Blueberries
1 Organic Banana
1 Scoop Chocolate Complete
1 Scoop Vanilla Complete
1 t Honey
2 Each Fruit, Veggie and Berry Capsules (contents only)

Vegan 15 Bean Stew
Use one package of 15 beans, this is so flavorful, no meat needed!
Soak beans overnight, added them to the crockpot, hit start and left it all day.
Add
- 1/2 t Himalayan salt
- 1 t Cajun spice
- 4T Nutritional Yeast
- 3T worchestershire sauce (use Braggs Amino Acid of true vegan)
- 1/4 t (tiny bit) of liquid smoke
- 1/3 c chopped dried onion
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1 can of stewed tomatoes.
Made some creamed corn jalapeño cornbread to go with it and it was delicious. Even my 5 year old niece ate her whole bowl!

Homemade Vegan Whipped Cream
I made whipped cream the other day. .. all vegan! It’s so simple.
Refrigerate a can of full fat coconut milk,
Scrape the cream into a bowl, user the milk in another recipe or smoothie.
Add:
- 1t vanilla
- 1/2 t agave, to taste.
Whip with a mixer. Enjoy!
Yum! I’m doing this on my pumpkin pie (no condensed milk, subbing coconut milk here, too) for thanksgiving.
Raw Organic Veggie Tortilla Soup
So the question is…
How do you get your 17 year old to eat spinach, a stock of celery, raw garlic, a carrot and a tomato? Make this:
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Stalk Celery
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Large Organic Tomato
- 2 C Hot Water
- 1 1/2 t Southwest Spice Blend
- 2 handfuls Organic Spinach
- 1 Handful Organic Tortilla Chips
Add all ingredients into the Vitamix. Blend on high for 6 minutes or until steaming. For the last minute, pulse in the spinach and the organic tortilla chips. Enjoy!
Now you have a completely raw veggie tortilla soup! All of the enzymes are intact, there are no preservatives. In the time it takes to heat a can of soup you can have this awesome whole food soup instead!

How do you make a Salad in a Jar?
So fun!
We had a party doing it! Everybody brings two ingredients and lots of it, then everybody brings their own Mason jars and a dressing of choice and a topping. We set everything up in a buffet, starting with the jars. Next we put in the dressing at the bottom. All of the wet ingredients go at the very bottom, so if you’re doing tuna salad or chicken salad that would go next. Then you put in your ingredients that can get wet, such as black beans, chickpeas or frozen peas. Then you later something on top of that to separate the wet ingredients from the green leafy layer. In this layer we added things like chopped carrots, broccoli, chopped Bell pepper etc.
Next you pack in a bunch of greens, we used power greens with kale and organic spinach. The top layer is things like nuts, sunflower seeds, dried edamame, and packaged crunchy salad toppers. Then you put the lid on!
When you are ready to eat it, you just shake it up!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
We made this pumpkin pie smoothie recipe for our smoothie prep party! This will make a big blender full:
- 2/3 cup canned pumpkin,
- 1/2 to 1 banana
- 1/2 t Mexican vanilla
- 1/2 t Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 1/2 T organic coconut oil
- 2 to 3 t powdered coconut milk
- 1 t ground flax seed
- 1 C ice
- 3 C Rice Milk
- 2 handfuls organic spinach, optional but yummy
- 1/3 C Vanilla Complete Whole Food mix
Blend and enjoy! Top with ground nutmeg
Mini Ciabatta Roll Sammies
Pineapple Peach Kale Smoothie
3 /1″ slices fresh pineapple
1 juicy fresh peach
1/2 overripe banana
3 huge handfuls Kale power greens
32 oz ice water
1 oz flax oil good quality
1 scoop juice plus vanilla complete powder
Blend on high in a vitamin or high powered blender.
Makes 2/ 32 oz green smoothies!

Grapefruit Avocado Green Smoothie
- 1 grapefruit (peeled and pith taken off to reduce bitterness)
- 2 avocados
- 10 large strawberries
- 3 large handfuls organic spinach
- Agave nectar to taste
- 2 scoops Juice Plus Complete vanilla whole food powder
- Scoop ice
- 32 oz. Filtered water
Place all in a high powered blender, step back and take a selfie, blend and enjoy!
